Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility

  • Items must be unused and in the same condition you received them.
  • Items must be in the original packaging with tags (if applicable).
  • Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions and a return address.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company – it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, contact us at [email protected].

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace the item or issue a full refund with no return required.
