1. Order Cancellation

We understand that circumstances change. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. After this window, your order may have already entered production or shipping and cannot be canceled.

2. Order Modification

You may request modifications to your order (e.g., address change, variant adjustment) within 12 hours of placing it. We will do our best to accommodate your request depending on the status of the order.

Note: We cannot guarantee changes if the order has already been processed, packed, or shipped.

3. Exceptions

• Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for cancellation once production begins.
• If your order has shipped, please refer to our Return Policy for guidance.
